Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique used to identify and release hidden emotional energies from our past that were not processed completely, this can also include inherited energies. Trapped emotions manifest as dense energy in the body and can interfere with our ability to give and receive love, experience happiness and achieve our goals. They can also cause pain and eventually disease and/or other chronic conditions, if not dealt with. Releasing trapped emotions can help restore balance to the body by creating conditions more conducive for our innate self-healing ability. It creates an environment where physical, mental, emotional and spiritual difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.

Reliving/re-experiencing these challenging and deeply personal emotional experiences from our past is not required, we just identify and release the trapped emotions.

That simple.

What is a Heart-wall?

According to Dr. Bradley Nelson, the founder of The Emotion Code, 93% of people have a Heart-Wall.

During times of vulnerability, the subconscious intelligence within our body can protect you from further hurt by creating something known as a heart-Wall. A heart-wall is formed of trapped emotions which creates a barrier around the heart to protect against further emotional pain. This serves a useful purpose at the time but if not dealt with, can manifest as an array of health complications. Based on my experience, I feel that my heart-wall played a roll in influencing depressive bouts, anxiety, feelings of purposelessness and uncertainty, low self-esteem, restriction and tension in the heart/chest area, shallow breathing and overall emotional numbness. The Emotion Code can break down this heart-wall, layer by layer. This can help increase our energy levels, our ability to give and receive love, access creativity, attract abundance and more effortlessly achieve our goals.

Many may not be aware, but broken heart syndrome (stress induced or takotsubo cardiomyopathy) is an actual disorder that has resulted in serious heart complications and in some instances, even death. So we could understand why our subconscious would have a built in defence mechanism to protect us from the extreme manifestations of emotional shock.

According to renowned cellular biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, the subconscious mind is responsible for 95-99% of the functions within you body. This built in “supercomputer” operates mainly beyond our conscious awareness.

Muscle Testing

 

Muscle testing (or applied kinesiology) is a way of obtaining information from the subconscious by asking yes or no questions.  Speaking something false ends up creating a weak muscle response, whereas truth will elicit a strong muscle response.  It’s a simple and incredibly effective tool for identifying trapped emotions. 

Muscle testing can also be conducted via proxy (or distance). “Proxy” means to stand in for or represent someone.  This can be done by The Emotion Code facilitator testing themselves, on behalf (as proxy) of the testee, with their consent.  Since sessions are often conducted over online video services like Zoom, muscle testing by proxy is a commonly used practice.

This may be a stretch for our logical faculties but as modern quantum physics is making abundantly clear, everything is energy and in the realm of energy, distance doesn’t apply like it does in the physical realm. I encourage you to suspend disbelief, keep an open mind and evaluate these methods on their results.  The proof is in the pudding.

Good to Know’s

  • Yes! Most Emotion Code sessions are done by distance. The Emotion Code works with energy and energy transcends space and time which is being confirmed with modern science through the field of quantum physics. Therefore, with your consent, The Emotion Code can easily be performed at a distance. Distance Emotion Code sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. This incredible capability opens up The Emotion Code to helping people all across the globe, regardless of location.

  • It is important to be hydrated for your session so drink plenty of water. Consider abstaining from alcohol and recreational drugs 24 hours before and a few days after your session. It is best to not be rushed and to arrive in a calm state of mind.

  • During an Emotion Code session, I will be asking your subconscious a variety of questions through muscle testing o help uncover any trapped emotions affecting specific issues. It can be approached either by inquiring into specific issues you are facing or by allowing the subconscious intelligence to guide the process and uncover whatever is the most relevant for release at the time. Because I will be communicating directly with your subconscious, there is no need for you to respond to the questions. You can sit back, relax and drop into a meditative state.

  • Experiences after a session can vary from person to person and from session to session since we are all unique. You may feel immediate relief or a decrease in severity of the issues worked on. It is common to feel lighter, calmer and happier but it may also take a few days until you notice any relief or change.

    Approximately 20% of people experience some sort of “processing” over the few days following their session. Processing happens automatically through our subconscious but can be aided through self-care practices. Processing time is generally 1-3 days. During this time, you may have periods where you feel more sensitive than usual and you may experience echoes of the emotions released. It is also possible you could experience an increase in symptoms during this time.

    If you feel good for a day or two and then the symptom comes back or worsens, it is your body’s way of telling you that you are on the right track; however, there is likely still more work to be done. This work of releasing what no longer serves us is like peeling away the layers of an onion, there’s deeper and deeper levels to our healing.

    During times of integration it is imperative that we are gentle with ourselves, we are patient and trust in the process of our body’s innate intelligence and healing ability. Be sure to drink lots of water and an epsom salt bath is never a bad idea immediately following a session, or at any time during the integration period for that matter. Be kind to yourself, practice self-care and prioritizing rest/sleep is essential. Some have found it beneficial to journal about what we have released and are processing.

 
 

What Else?

  • The subconscious generally allows 5-10 trapped emotions to be cleared per session.

  • Session are conducted in complete confidentiality.

  • I am only provided the information from your subconscious that is necessary to identify and release the trapped emotion, nothing to do with the circumstances from which they arose.

  • Privacy is maintained.

  • I am not guiding you to relive or re-experience traumatic experiences from your past.

  • It is not necessary to provide details or discuss what comes up for the process to work, but I am happy to listen if there’s anything you feel called to share.

  • I view The Emotion Code as complementary to many other treatments and healing modalities.

  • Important to mention that our children are perfect candidates for this work. I have been doing this work with my daughter and am blown away by the emotional maturity she is developing at such a young age. Right around her age is when patterns of emotional repression really started to take root for me, which I have subsequently spent my life overcoming. I can’t overstate the importance of this work with our children, as to not repeat detrimental patterns of the past with future generations. To end cycles. This is our work here.

Types of Sessions (Person or Pet)

  • Zoom

    Nearly all sessions are conducted over zoom, it is just as effective as in person. Under special circumstances, in person sessions may be arranged. Obviously location dependant, so a different rate would need to be negotiated.

    Note: Pet sessions are not available through zoom, only by email session.

  • Email

    Face to face is ideal but this option is available for those that can’t be present for their session due to time constraints or various other reasons.

    I conduct the session solo and then send the results of what was identified and released by email.

    For email sessions it is ideal to have a photo of who will be receiving the service. Person or pet. There is an option to attach a photo in the intake form you will be directed to in the booking process.

    Note: Pet sessions are only available by email.
